Store Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges, accompanied by receipt, are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. Fashion apparel is eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days from the original date of purchase. All fine jewelrypurchases are exchange only, for other fine jewelry. Absolutely no refunds on personalized items. All sales final on face masks, hats, holiday specific and/or seasonal merchandise, sale items, and handmade wreaths and frames.

Shipping Policy

Non-Personalized orders placed online are processed in date order and typically shipped out within 3-4 business days via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your package. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via text or email. Additionally, once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via text or email. All personalized items are made-to order and guaranteed complete within 7-10 business days. However, we do offer various Express Service options to expedite your order. Feel free to call the store to discuss these options and pricing (314) 909 – 1415. Once production has completed your desired personalization, please allow another 2-3 days to prepare your order for shipping. Cat’s Meow Personalized Gifts is not libel for any packages that go missing during transit. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, we understand that damages can occur once the item has left our store. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order upon arrival, please email lauren@catsmeowpersonalized.com with a brief description of your claim. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and a photo of the package in question. Once we have received the requested information, we will determine an applicable solution. Damage claims must be received within 5 days of customer receipt. Any claims received after the allowed window will be considered ineligible for return.
